Charles and Kathie Saari are long time residents of New Ipswich, New Hampshire. They live right across the
street from Noreast Mini Storage with their family on what once was Charles family farm of 100 acres.
Over the years the farm was divided and soon became a neighborhood. Located in the foothills of the
New Hampshire and Massachusetts mountains the Saari's enjoy country living complete with horses and a cat
and a dog of their own.
Charlie and Kathie saw a need for mini storage units and felt led to build their first unit themselves.
As of July 13, 2002 all the units were finished. As soon as they had one finished, somebody would come along and rent it.
Charlie and Kathie have been involved in serving their community and church and bring honesty and integrity to all they do and want
serve their customers in the same manner.
