Our Booking & Payments Process
Booking with Extreme FX couldn’t be simpler. We’ve laid each step out below, to give you an idea of our processes, and the timescales involved.
- Initial Enquiry. Contact us for quotations and availability.
- If were available and your (happy with your quotation), let us know (this is your verbal confirmation) and we will issue you with a booking form and two invoices.
- We will then reserve the service/s you require and the date of your event for 7 days (from the day we send you the booking form).
- Complete the booking form, and return it to us, along with paying one of the invoices, which is the initial Non-Refundable Booking Fee (NRBF). The NRBF is 50% of the total cost.
- Your booking is now confirmed with us. If you do not return the Booking Form and NRBF within the 7 days, we will free up the date and our services for other clients.
- The second invoice will have a “Due Date” 7 days prior to your event. This is when the final 50% becomes payable. Please be aware, that if final payment isn’t received by the Due date then we will terminate the contract with no refunds payable whatsoever.
